April Update at RMHC

Halloween to some is considered a year-round holiday. For most however, the thoughts of spring and summer far outweigh any thoughts of Halloween. Costumes for Mardi Gras celebrations seem to surge this time of year. Mardi Gras partying in costume or in street clothes is the only real interest I see in April.
