An idea that's really taking off is celebrity costumes. Last year it was the Michael Jackson costume, and previous years we saw a surge in KISS costumes. What will be the next big rage? A Larry King costume maybe? A Brett Favre costume? How about a Rachael Ray costume? I guess we'll have to wait and see the next big thing. There are leaves on the ground in the Northeastern USA and that means only one thing. It's time for Halloween decorations and creative Halloween costumes. Labor Day weekend is upon us and we can consider this weekend the official end of summer and the official beginning of Halloween season. There's already some new unique women's costumes posted on our site and we're starting to see some of the more unique men's costumes start to trickle in as well. Maybe it's time to dig up last year's Halloween party pictures and join in the fun

Rock star and celebrity costumes could be the next big thing. This seems to be a trend. Use our costume gallery and ask your friends if they can rate my Halloween costume. With all the work that goes into a custom Halloween costume, you should reap some rewards with a little applause.

August is the official start of costume season

We've passed the fourth of July once again and heading down the stretch to Labor Day weekend. Uncle Sam costumes didn't seem nearly as popular as they did in the past, maybe it's the economy, or maybe it's a lack of patriotism this year. If you've got a picture of a homemade Uncle Sam costume, we'd love to see it.

April Update at RMHC

Halloween to some is considered a year-round holiday. For most however, the thoughts of spring and summer far outweigh any thoughts of Halloween. Costumes for Mardi Gras celebrations seem to surge this time of year. Mardi Gras partying in costume or in street clothes is the only real interest I see in April.

Homemade Easter Bunnie Costumes?

I was hoping to see some homemade Easter Bunnie costumes added to our roster but no such luck just yet. Store-bought Easter Bunnie costumes are available at the site but it would be nice to see some creative ideas from the public.

March isn't a big month for Halloween

The site has been quiet as of late. The sounds of spring don't seem to jive with Halloween, although it may be a good time to get a deal on a closeout Halloween costume.
